we try – but it seems there are folks out there who think women should not be working, should not have worked,
should not have 3 x salary equality, and if in low paid work for years (but being indispensable of course) then
their pension age should be increased – and at the same time they should take early retirement (at the original
pension age) without the state pension to make room for “Apprentice” unqualified and not really skilled rates
for young people.
How about we equalise pensions at age 62 and pay all ages a proper rate for a job and a training rate while
skills are acquired for the work they do … kk
