The ‘in crowd’ concept of Efficiencies. A smaller group of employees can share a larger pot of potential pay rises.

Different groups compete for the budget or amount of money available.

Survival of the fittest is ‘those who co-operate (in groups) are the most likely to survive.

Safety Nets are still required.

There is a Declaration of Human Rights.
